Brother DCP-7010 Service Manual

Brother DCP-7010 is multifunction laser printer
Today i will tell you a few of error code and how to fix it on this printer

1. Error code 56 = Back cover is opened

• Close the back cover

2. Error code 58, 59 = Fixing Unit error

• Replace the power supply PCB
• Replace fuser unit
• Replace Main PCB

3. Error code 5A = High Voltage PS PCB ASSY Error

• Replace The High voltage PS PCB ASSY

4. Error Code 5B = New toner Detection lever error

• Replace the new toner detection lever
• Replace the new toner detection switch

5. Error code 6A, 6B = Heater warming up timing error 

• Replace the thermistor
• Replace the halogen lamp

6.Error code 6C = Heater temperature exceeds the maximum high temperature

• Replace the thermistor
• Replace the power supply PCB

7. Error code 6D, 6E = Heater does not go up enough

• Replace the halogen lamp
• Replace the power supply PCB

8.Error code 6F = Heater Hard limiter operates

• Replace the Thermistor or power supply PCB

9. Error code 71 = Scanner motor does not syncrhonized with the reference clock

• Replace the laser scanner unit or main PCB

10. Error code 73 = Drum unit is not mounted

• Install the drum unit
