Maintenance Mode And Functions on Brother Printer Series

How to entering maintenance mode 

Maintennce mode with panel number :

menu, *, 2, 8, 6, 4

Without panel number :

menu, start mono, Up arrow 4x

Maintenance mode with Lcd Touchscreen :

- Press and hold home button ( wait until lcd is blanked )

- Press the lowest blank panel until numbers is shown

- press *, 2, 8, 6, 4

Direct maintenance mode :

unplug power, press and hold menu button, plug the power

Maintenance number functions : 

- 01/91 = reset to factory setting

- 05      = scaner check

- 08      = sensor & adf motor check

- 09      = print test page

- 12      = lcd check

- 13      = control panel check

- 32      = all engine sensor check

- 63      = lock print head

- 75      = unlock print head

- 76      = cleaning 

- 77      = print device history

- 80      = show engine history on lcd panel ( to reset the purge press 2, 7, 8, 3 )

- 82      = shown current error on device

- 99      = exit maintenance mode
